How do I book a flight?
Use the flight search on our home page or navigate to 'Search Flights'. Enter your origin, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers. Select your preferred flight and proceed to booking.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Cancellation and modification policies depend on the fare type selected during booking. Refundable fares can typically be cancelled for a refund. Please contact our support team with your booking reference for assistance.
How do I view my bookings?
Sign in to your account and navigate to 'My Trips' from the top menu. All your past and upcoming bookings will be listed there with full details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently support online payments. Please contact our support team for more information on accepted payment methods for your region.
How do I add co-travellers to my booking?
You can manage saved travellers (family members, colleagues) from your Profile page. During booking, you can select from your saved travellers to fill in passenger details quickly.
What if I don't receive my booking confirmation?
If you don't receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If it's still not there, contact our support team with your booking reference number.
